What type of payments do you accept?
We only accept payments via Paypal at the moment.
Do I need an account to purchase from this store?
Yes, you are required to create or have an account to purchase from our store. Please make sure all your contact info is updated on your account to avoid any issues.
Why doesn’t the shirt I recieved doesn’t look exactly like it does online?
In some cases, products are represented with digital composition and illustrations. Because of differences in color values from screen to screen, design colors may vary slightly on actual product, as the scale could be different depending the T-shirt size and material.
Shipping
We don’t ship at the moment. Each item is delivery at the arrival place indicate within 24-48 hours after purchase.
Please note, we do not delivery at Sundays or Portuguese Holidays.
Exchange/Return Policy
We want to ensure you’re happy and you receive nothing but quality products and services from our partners. We cannot refund items damaged: T-shirt or vouchers.
We offer a full refund or an exchange If there is something wrong with your order – wrong size, wrong shirt, or wrong experiences/activities asked. Please do not hesitate to contact us about it. Within 15 days after your delivery, we cannot ensure refund/exange. In some cases, regarding weather conditions, some experiences/activities may be re-agended or canceled. In the particular case of cancelation, we gladly refund the amount of that particular experience/activity. Please be sure to include your order number and order details. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your refund.
Do you accept designs from third parties?
We are compromise to deliver the best product, associated with the best experiences delivered by our partners. So this is why we offer the best designs and ilustrations, tottally originals and exclusive. We do not resell them.
